What we send
BookingLink, operated by Elysian Spark LLC, texts people who opt in on a provider's booking or quote page. Messages are transactional only: booking confirmations and reminders, on-the-way / running-late / job-complete updates, quote and invoice notices, contract-sign links, and one-time verification codes. We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this program.
How people opt in
Recipients check the SMS box on the screen shown right after their booking is confirmed, or on the public quote request form. The box starts unchecked and opting in is never a condition of booking.

- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
